Ommark Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy

This policy protects the Ommark catalog integrity and ensures a premium, luxury experience for both sovereign creators and the end consumer. By registering as an Ommark Seller (Marketer), you agree to these terms.

1. Listing Quality Standards

Products listed on the Ommark platform must represent verified, high-quality goods capable of supporting a luxury brand aesthetic.

• Authenticity: All products must be authentic and accurately described.
• Intellectual Property: You must possess full distribution rights or intellectual property ownership over the products you syndicate.
• Visual Standards: Product photography and metadata must adhere to professional clinical/editorial standards.

2. Prohibited Content (Anti-Spam)

To prevent the erosion of the platform's exclusivity, the following are strictly prohibited:

• Bulk-Automated Listings: Programmatic generation of low-effort or generic product variations.
• Deceptive Claims: False claims regarding efficacy, origin, or ingredient sourcing.
• Counterfeits: Any goods infringing on established trademarks.

3. Enforcement (The 3-Strike Rule)

Ommark employs a strict enforcement protocol to protect its network of creators:

1. Strike 1 (Warning): The non-compliant listing is immediately removed, and the seller receives a formal warning.
2. Strike 2 (Suspension): The seller account is temporarily suspended for 14 days; active creator curations are paused.
3. Strike 3 (Termination): Permanent account termination and forfeiture of any pending escrow balances associated with fraudulent listings.
